What is your pet policy?
We are a pet loving community who welcomes your pets with a monthly rental fee of $20 per pet.
We allow both cats and dogs, and require a non-refundable $350 pet fee for the first pet and a $150 fee for the second.
We do have some restrictions on allowable dogs. Dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies: German Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, Doberman (full), Airedale. Additionally, mixed breeds of these dogs are also restricted. This list should not be considered all inclusive.
Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed.
Of course! We know your pets are family, and we’d never want you to choose your next home without first consulting the boss of yours! Just be sure to bring her in a carrier, and our cat-loving leasing specialist will look forward to meeting you both.
Absolutely. Make sure to send them photos of you kicked back in our stylish lounge area with fireplace, HDTV and free WIFI throughout.
We love it. Just tell little Madison to make sure to get pumped for pet perks galore, like our spacious and social dog park with agility equipment.
She won’t have any trouble finding her perfect playmate at Madison Southpark.
Our furry residents have been known to socialize at the dog park with agility equipment or while out walking on the pet friendly streets that surround our community.
